Since I work in Customer Service, I always want to give a shout out when I receive exemplary service - which I did today! Not only was the staff respectful and courteous, they took the time to explain issues with my vehicle which unfortunately won’t pass inspection. BUT I will certainly be returning for future vehicle maintenance due to the way I was treated today. The manager, Craig, immediately came outside to greet me (even though I arrived 10 minutes before they opened) and offered me refreshments while I waited. Wes, the attendant, was very personable and respectful, as was all the staff I encountered. The waiting area is clean, inviting and stocked with refreshments, which was great! Thank you Vermont Quick Lube for excellent service today, it was greatly appreciated! You all are doing an excellent job, keep up the great work!

My mother was having issues with her car and went somewhere else twice, that’s when I took over. I brought her car to Quick Lube and they took care of it in a half hour, if that. The office manager was so nice and helpful. Nice warm waiting room. I really recommend this place and trust their employees and customer service. A big thanks for your help!

I showed up for an oil change in the morning without an appointment and was served right away. They make it easy for you as you can stay in your car during the whole process. Synthetic oil was more expensive than I expected, but they gave me a rebate coupon. The mechanic’s also gave me suggestions on what else needs work on my car but they don’t judge you if you choose not to get those serviced.

I have been going to this location for oil changes for 18 years, back when Pelletier‘s owned it. I am definitely one for pointing out outstanding customer service, personality & fairness. VT Quick Lube hands down, has been nothing short of that! Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and a genuine concern on how they can help me on that given day. I went in last week to have my tires checked for air & given the concerns of the technicians regarding a few other things on my vehicle I left there with a free car wash and a very generous discount on services due to a death in my life. I am very happy with the management and technicians. They have always looked out for genuine concerns not just selling you on something to make money. 5 stars boys!

I came in to the shop morning to have my oil changed. In passing, I mentioned to the manager that I had been hearing a noise in the right front and that my regular mechanic found nothing. I sat in the air conditioned waiting room enjoying a cup of coffee while I waited. When my vehicle was finished, they brought me in to look at my front end. The manager had mentioned to one of the mechanics that I had been hearing a noise. Not only had they changed my oil, but had caught a fine wire that had wrapped around my axle (?) and removed it. No charge! The noise that I had been hearing for months was gone. That to me speaks of good quality customer service. They listened to what I had to say. They didn't need to check it our, but they did. Customer for life!!

Quality service is extremely important to me and I can say, without doubt, Vermont Quick Lube is a benchmark for amazing service. They go out of their way to make customers feel valued and have a great experience. The manager’s attitude, demeanor and customer focus is phenomenal. They aren’t expensive, but I would pay more for service like theirs.
